I’m Jit Vaghani. I’ve spent twenty years inside product, design and engineering teams, taking work from discovery, validation and product vision through to production code. Now I use AI to help teams build faster, with sharper judgement on what’s worth shipping.

At GBG, fraud rules were code. I turned them into a visual builder analysts could use. Usability rose from 66 to 94 and implementation costs fell 80%.

Two design systems had already been abandoned at NHVR. I built a Figma-to-React token system that now runs 7+ services and carried a full rebrand without rebuilding a component.
